Enjoy one complimentary drink, along with a selection of premium beverages available for purchase, and live entertainment in a beautiful beach setting. Don’t forget to dress in Latin flair to match the theme!
- Friday Dinner: Join us for a sunset celebration at the Birchwood Hotel, where you’ll indulge in fresh seafood and enjoy a DJ spinning classic tunes. Dress to impress in semi-formal attire!
- Saturday Closing Reception: Celebrate the end of the congress with a lively reception featuring one complimentary drink, alongside a curated selection of beverages for purchase.

What is not included
Accommodations
Your registration does not include your stay at the luxurious Sheraton Sand Key Resort, located on the stunning shores of Clearwater Beach. You can make that booking independently by clicking here. Enjoy spacious rooms with breathtaking views, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, access to the resort’s private white-sand beach, a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and shuttle service to nearby attractions.
