President’s Corner December 2017

If by any chance you were not in the holiday spirit prior to our Holiday event at T-Pepins, I am sure that changed radically once the evening was over. Many thanks to Andy Brouillard, Puff and Stuff Catering and all the Skal members who assisted on setting the perfect stage for a great evening and a new record for our wine pull and auction. On behalf of your Board members, we hope your holidays have been equal parts merry and relaxing.

As we ready ourselves for 2018, please be aware that in order to RSVP for January’s installation dinner at TradeWinds, your 2018 membership dues must be completed first. Please reach out to Steven on updates if you are travelling and let him know when to expect payment so we can set our member roster for 2018.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the TradeWinds Resort on Thu. 1/11/18!

Collecting items for our Monthly Raffle

The extra raffle items graciously donated by many of you have been great incentives for our members to participate. We have had some fantastic "extra opportunity drawing" items. THANK YOU!!

We are collecting more items for upcoming meetings AND for Young SKAL fundraisers. We will be mindful of any time sensitive or restricted items but please try to put an expiration date of at least December 31, 2018 on any certificate.

This entire year we are adding additional prizes to our monthly drawings to garner more excitement and showcase our members. If you would like to donate items for the upcoming dinners or annual holiday auction, please email me and let me know what you will be donating and then mail the certificate, gift card, etc. to the following address:
